The name Lysaght traces back to John Lysaght, an English ironmaster whose work in the late 1800s set new standards for quality coated steel. His legacy grew strongly in Australia, where Lysaght steel products became known for their strength and resilience in demanding climates. From there, the reputation spread across the region and eventually reached the Pacific. By the time operations were established in Fiji in 1968, the Lysaght name already stood for trust, quality and technical expertise.
In Fiji, that heritage became uniquely local.
